Delivery commitment

ENKORE makes shipments only to the city of Lima.

Place your order today and as soon as it is confirmed, you will receive it in 1 to 3 business days in Lima. Delivery times are 9am to 7pm Monday through Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.

The shipping cost depends on the delivery destination and the product category. This cost includes a maximum of two delivery attempts. If the two attempts have elapsed and the delivery of the order has not been completed for reasons attributable to the customer (for example, the wrong address or the registered address is not located), the order will be returned to the Enkore facilities and the customer will be responsible for its collection. The shipping cost only includes one delivery attempt. In case of coordinating an attempt and not being able to complete the delivery for reasons attributable to the client (for example, wrong address or not located at the registered address), a surcharge of S/. 50.00 for a second attempt.

Delivery conditions

We will deliver your products as far as the access routes of your home allow.

If you authorize a person to receive the product in your absence, it is essential that they have their ID at hand during the dispatch (products will not be delivered to minors).

At the time of delivery, the person receiving the product is responsible for reviewing the product, accessories, manuals and warranty certificate before the Enkore logistics operator leaves. Once the operator has been removed, there will be no return or claim for missing parts.

As we ensure the security of the delivery of your product, we cannot agree to a change of address and/or person in charge of reception, at the last minute. If this type of change is requested, the delivery is under the responsibility of the owner.
